By purchasing products from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
- All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
- Orders are only processed once full payment has been received and confirmed.

- While we make every effort to ensure accurate product information, specifications may change without prior notice from manufacturers.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that the selected pump is suitable for their intended application. If unsure, please contact us before placing an order.
- Installation should be carried out by a qualified technician. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
- All products remain the property of the company until full payment has been received.
Shipping Policy
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has cleared.
- Delivery is available throughout South Africa.
- Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service used.
- Shipping costs, where applicable, will be calculated during checkout.
- Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather, courier delays, or public holidays.
- Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any shipping damage within 48 hours.
Refund & Returns Policy
We aim to supply quality products and excellent service.
Returns
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery provided that:
- The product is unused.
- It is in its original packaging.
- All accessories and documentation are included.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Faulty Products
If a product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible. We may inspect the product before approving a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products damaged due to incorrect installation.
- Products damaged through misuse or neglect.
- Products modified after purchase.
- Special-order or custom-made items unless faulty.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
Warranty
Many of our products carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty periods may vary depending on the product.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.

- Electrical surges.
- Dry running of pumps.
- Sand or debris damage.
- Abuse, misuse, or accidental damage.
